At Radical Adventures, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in every e-bike purchase. All e-bikes purchased from Radical Adventures are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects and ensure the longevity of your investment.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
The manufacturer’s warranty typically includes:
· Frame and Structural Components: Coverage for defects in materials or workmanship.
· Electrical Components: Warranty on key components such as the motor, battery, and controller.
· Other Parts: Limited coverage on other parts specified by the manufacturer.
Please note that warranty terms and conditions, including duration and coverage specifics, vary by manufacturer. For details about the warranty for your specific e-bike model, please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation provided with your purchase or visit their website.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience any issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty:
1. Contact Radical Adventures: Reach out to us at customerservice@radicaladventuresne.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
2. Evaluation: We will assist in assessing the problem and guide you through the next steps.
3. Resolution: Depending on the issue, repairs or replacements will be coordinated with the manufacturer.
Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not typically include:
· Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads).
· Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
· Modifications or unauthorized repairs.
Repair Warranty
When you buy an e-bike from us, we offer free labor for repairs covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. Please check the Manufacturer's website for warranty information. All repairs carry a 60-day warranty for labor.
Parts and Shipping are not covered under our free repair offer and are the responsibility of the customer.
