PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products purchased from Radical Adventures New England (RANE) are covered under the manufacturer warranty.  RANE will work directly with the manufacturer, on your behalf, to ensure coverage is provided.

 

PARTS AND REPAIRS WARRANTY

All repairs carry a 60-day warranty for labor. Parts have their own warranty via the manufacturer.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Manufacturer covers parts if found to be defective. Labor and shipping costs are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

PARTS FOR REPAIRS

All parts must be paid in full by the customer before the order will be placed.
