Yoga

Tuesday morning Yoga, 7:30am-8:30am.  Via Zoom.  

“Saadhna”, which is a verb “to attain samadhi”. It is the actions, thoughts and stillness practiced with the specific intention to grow as a human being into the best version of ourselves and become comfortable and familiar with our subtlest aspects as well as our physical ones. A combination of yoga, feldenkrais method, egoscue method, somatics, Pilates, pranayama, and meditation. All in one hour in your own home!  This class is for all levels!
