Rent an e-bike in Boston!

Conveniently located at 8 North Market Street in Faneuil Hall

Our wide variety of e-bikes allow our renters to find the perfect bike for their adventure. Save on parking, rent an e-bike and zoom around Boston! Our folding bikes make it easy to hop on the train and enjoy a trip outside the city. Grab an e-bike and find your own adventure!

All of our rentals include a helmet and lock.  Renters must be 16 years of age, have a valid license and complete a waiver.

Daily/Hourly Rentals:
A great way to spend the afternoon and get some exercise.  Rentals are available outside of store hours.  Call ahead to arrange.
Long-term Vacation Rental:
Just in the area for a couple of days and want to get around town without driving? Perfect! Rent some of our e-bikes for everyone in the family.  
Try before you Buy Rental:
If you aren't sure what type of bike suits you, come in and rent a bike for a few hours or days.  We have a large and diverse rental fleet to demo.  Any bike in the store can be rented.

FANEUIL HALL E-BIKE RENTALS

To secure your e-bike, book online at least 48 hours in advance or call 978-561-6171.

E-bike rentals within 48 hours are available as walk-ins only and based on availability.  It is highly recommended that you book your rental 48 hours in advance to guarantee your e-bike.

All of our rentals include a helmet and lock.  Renters must be 16 years of age, have a valid license and complete a waiver.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR E-BIKE RENTAL

Customers may cancel e-bike rentals penalty-free up to 7 days in advance of arrival.  Rentals are non-refundable 7 days prior to pick-up.  If you do not show up to pick up the rental at the specified pick-up time, you will be considered a No Show and will be charged the full rental price.

Customers will be required to provide all necessary information for all members of their party at the time of pick-up including name, date of birth, phone number, email address, height, weight (350 lbs. max weight).  A valid credit card and valid photo ID are required at the time of rental pick-up.  The credit card is recorded but not charged and will only be charged in the case of bike damage or theft.​

Please remember, YOU are ultimately responsible for the bike you rent.  ​In the event of theft of the bike while in your possession or if you decide not to return the bike, your credit card on file will be charged the full retail value of the e-bike.  In the event of damage to the e-bike, the cost to repair the e-bike will be charged to your credit card on file.

Radical Adventures cannot be held liable for weather conditions. No refunds shall be granted due to weather.  However, a full or partial refund may be offered at Radical Adventures’ discretion.
